दिखने वाली identity

Readers से display name और bank पूछा जा सकता है। Bank affiliation self-declared है, जब तक explicitly verified न हो। Pseudonym इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है, लेकिन किसी real person की impersonation या false official authority स्वीकार नहीं है।

Comments सुरक्षित रखें

Account number, password, OTP, customer data, private employee record, personal phone number, home address या confidential information post न करें।

Promotion या link dropping नहीं

Discussion system plain-text conversation के लिए है। Promotional links, HTML, attachments, spam और comments को advertising channel की तरह उपयोग करने की कोशिश reject की जा सकती है।

Respect और allegations

Criticism मजबूत हो सकती है लेकिन abuse नहीं। Threat, targeted harassment, hate, doxxing और unsupported allegation को established fact की तरह लिखना हटाया जा सकता है।

Moderation

Comment hold, reject या remove किया जा सकता है। Comment publish होना Branch Wale द्वारा उसकी claim verify या endorse करना नहीं है।
