Your displayed identity
Readers may be asked for a display name and bank. Bank affiliation is self-declared unless explicitly verified. Pseudonyms may be used, but impersonating a real person or falsely presenting official authority is not acceptable.
Keep comments safe
Do not post account numbers, passwords, OTPs, customer information, private employee records, personal phone numbers, home addresses or other confidential data.
No promotion or link dropping
The discussion system is designed for plain-text conversation. Promotional links, HTML, attachments, spam and attempts to use comments as an advertising channel may be rejected.
Respect and allegations
Criticism can be strong without becoming abusive. Threats, targeted harassment, hate, doxxing and unsupported accusations presented as established fact may be removed. Serious allegations should be supported by appropriate evidence and may require editorial verification before they are treated as news.
Moderation
Comments can be held, edited only for limited safety/formatting reasons where appropriate, rejected or removed. Publication of a comment does not mean Branch Wale endorses or verifies the commenter’s claims.
