Our editorial standard is designed for one audience first: bankers. Relevance is not enough; a report must also be attributable, accurately scoped and useful.
Bankers-first selection
We prioritize developments affecting bank employees’ pay, careers, rights, service conditions, workplace, institutions and professional community. Significant banker incidents are also reportable when there is a credible public-interest record.
Source hierarchy
Where available, we prefer original circulars, directions, government records, court orders, public bank documents and attributable primary statements. Credible independent reporting is used for discovery, local incidents, context and facts not available in a public primary record.
Facts, claims and status
A demand is not an approval. A proposal is not a notification. An arrest is not a conviction. An interim order is not a final judgment. Headlines, leads and social summaries should preserve these distinctions.
Original writing and attribution
We use external reporting for facts and leads, not for copying another publisher’s article. Distinctive reporting is attributed and source links are provided where appropriate.
English and Hindi parity
Material facts, amounts, dates, scope, legal status and sources should remain consistent across language editions. Hindi is written naturally rather than as a mechanically shortened translation.
Automation and AI-assisted workflows
Automated systems may support discovery, research, drafting, translation, formatting, SEO metadata and publishing operations. Automation is not a licence to invent facts, sources, quotes or certainty. A structurally valid file is not automatically a factually reliable article.
Sensitive reporting
Crime allegations, workplace disputes, violence and deaths require heightened care. We distinguish allegations from proven facts, protect unnecessary private details and avoid sensational or speculative treatment.
Corrections and updates
Material errors should be corrected transparently. New developments may update a continuing story, while the original historical context should remain understandable.
Commercial independence
Advertising, sponsorship or commercial relationships do not purchase favourable editorial coverage or suppress legitimate reporting.
