Branch Wale — हर बैंकर की बात is a bankers-first publication built around a simple idea: the people behind India’s banking system deserve reporting that starts with their professional lives, not with market noise.
Who we serve
Our primary audience is serving and retired bank employees, especially colleagues across India’s public-sector banks and Regional Rural Banks. We also cover significant banker-related developments outside those institutions when there is a clear public-interest reason.
What makes Branch Wale different
We focus on salary and DA, promotions, transfers, service rules, pensions, unions, employee rights, workplace safety, court matters, career development, branch realities, banker incidents and the regulatory changes that genuinely affect banking work.
News, rights, careers and community
Branch Wale is designed to be more than a stream of headlines. A useful report should tell a banker what happened, who is affected, what is confirmed, what remains uncertain and where the underlying source can be checked. We maintain separate coverage of staff/service matters, bank-wise developments, RRB news, RBI and government decisions, evergreen banker resources and curated Bankers’ Voices.
English and Hindi from the start
We publish in English and Hindi because useful information should not depend on a reader’s preferred newsroom language. A Hindi edition is intended to be a complete, natural-language article—not a shortened summary of the English version.
Source-led reporting
Substantive articles are expected to identify the sources used. Official directions, circulars, court orders, government records and attributable primary statements are preferred where available. Independent reporting is credited when it contributes material facts. Allegations are described as allegations until established otherwise.
Our promise to bankers
Accuracy before speed. Context before conclusions. A correction when we get something wrong. No invented benefit, policy, quote, source or certainty merely to fill a publishing schedule.
Technology and automation
Branch Wale may use automated and AI-assisted systems for discovery, research support, drafting, translation, formatting and publishing workflows. Technology does not change our source requirements: a generated article must still be attributable, useful and consistent with our editorial standards.
Not an official bank or regulator
Branch Wale is not the Reserve Bank of India, the Department of Financial Services, a bank, an employee union or a court. Readers should use the original operative circular, order, policy or judgment when making an employment, legal or financial decision.
